Dry-stacked stone walls, bluestone patios and walkways — built to hold and built to last — Kingston, Ulster County.
Stone is Kingston's native material — the Rondout was once the port that shipped Ulster County bluestone to pave whole cities, and the sidewalks and stoops around the Stockade still show it. So stone work here has a standard set by the street itself. We build dry-stacked stone walls that hold a slope without a bag of concrete, bluestone patios laid flat enough to set a table on, and walkways that look like they were always part of the yard. Behind a stone house Uptown or a renovated rowhouse on the Rondout, the goal in our work is the same: stone that belongs.
Kingston shipped the Hudson Valley's bluestone for a century — patios, walks and dry-stacked walls here have a local standard, and we build to it.
Inside and out — paint, tile, floors, stone and everything between, one crew.
