These terms cover work by Mario Servicio. They are written to be read.

Quotes and what can change one

A quote is based on what you describe, what your photos show and what we can see on a visit. Houses hide things — rot behind a deck board, crumbling plaster behind a wall, an old floor that is not level. If what we find is meaningfully different from what was quoted, we talk before the work continues, never after. The price does not grow behind your back.

Scheduling and weather

Inside work keeps its date. Outside work — exterior paint, stone, patios, decks, fences, house washing — answers to Hudson Valley weather, and some of it answers to the season too. If rain, frost or a cold snap moves your job, you hear from us as soon as we know, with the next real date, not a vague one.

Materials and colors

Materials get agreed before they get bought — paint colors and sheens, tile, flooring, stone, lumber. You approve the choice, we handle the buying and the hauling unless you would rather supply your own. Leftover usable material stays with you; the debris and the empty buckets leave with us.

Your home while we work

Furniture gets moved carefully and moved back, floors get covered where we paint and cut, and the site gets picked up at the end of every day — not just the last one. Keys and codes, if you hand us any, are handled with care, never labeled with your address, and returned when the job ends. Anything we break, we tell you the same day.

Photos of the work

We may photograph finished work for this website. Photos show the work — a painted room, a tiled shower, a stone wall — never your address, faces, valuables or anything that identifies your home. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
